Pulp chelon

Characteristics：
　　It, as polyvalent chelon, is a kind of polyhydroxy organic acid solution with excellent sequestering power. It has extremely well capture ability and dispersing effect for metal ion. It can chelate with many kinds of polyvalence metal ion in wide PH value range, such as calcium, magnesium, plumbum, zinc, iron, chromium, etc. to form steady aqueous soluble complex, which can avoid the minus effect of action precipitation scaling, bleacher invalid dispersing and pulp brightness reversion in pulp bleaching process. It also has the effects of protecting pulp fiber and increasing bleaching liquor dispersibility.

Features：
1, It can effectively inhibit catalytic decomposition caused by metal ion to peroxide and hypochlorous bleacher, increase bleaching efficiency, economize bleaching liquor and decline bleaching cost.
2, It has extremely well capture ability and dispersing effect for Fe3+ ion, prevents the reaction of Fe3+ ion and pulp phenolic group to form deep color complex, protects fiber, increases pulp whiteness and reduce the brightness reversion of pulp.
3, It can effectively prevent the reaction of calcium and magnesium ion in pulp bleaching process to form precipitate, so as to avoid scaling of equipment and tube and gradually cleaning scaling of system.
4, It has well dispersibility and can increase the dispersibility of sodium silicate.
5, It can protect pulp fiber and avoid fiber breaking by NaOH peeling reaction.
6, Compared to traditional DTPA, it has well cost advantage.

Uses：
　　It is used in peroxide bleaching of broadleaf wood craft pulp, needle-leaf wood craft pulp, craft bamboo pulp, reed craft pulp, alkali wheat and straw pulp and alkali bagasse pulp. It also can be used in peroxide bleaching of blending broadleaf wood craft pulp of Chinese oak, birch and poplar and waste paper deink.
